Researchers from the University of Plymouth were invited to contribute a dynamic and creative workshop space at the Sustainable South Hams Rivers Assembly in March 2023. 

Researchers Dr Zoe Latham, Dr Sally Sutton and Dr Eva McGrath and local artist, Emma Jones invited attendees to interact with a range of river related exercises: mapping community-based environmental projects on a large scale map, record audio stories of the river, painting and drawing of riparian ecologies and cognitive mapping of local rivers. 

After the event, projects from the mapping were digitised into a virtual record of ongoing riparian community-based environmental projects.
