Sustainable South Hams Rivers Assembly, the first of its kind in the UK, saw around 150 project, group and community leaders gather to share knowledge, discuss projects and develop new ideas. Delegates were invited to interact with a large-scale, tactile, wooden map spanning the local river catchments. By the end of the day, the map was covered in projects and potential sampling points across the South Hams.

An interactive mapping process installed at ‘Ode to the Sea’, a University of Plymouth research event at Firestone Bay. The map invited local swimmers to plot their swimming routes with paint strokes across the map of the bay and swimming buoys.
